HOW TO ORDER

- Full name, address and PHONE NUMBER (very important in case our email to you bounces back to us)
- Description of each item:
- Design name
- Type of item (i.e. long-sleeved tee, magnet)
- Size of shirt or charm
- Men's or women's (if tshirt order)
- Color (including second color choice in case we are out of your first)
- Quantity
- Method of payment
When ordering shirts, please be sure to choose from color selection listed directly under the design you are ordering. If this is your first time ordering from us, be sure to check the measurements page we have compiled for your convenience BEFORE placing your order, to be certain you are ordering the best possible fit.
PAYMENT INFO
We accept payment by check or money order in US funds; credit card through PayPal or by phone (MC, VISA, Discover and AMEX). Upon receiving your order, we will check inventory, and email you back with your total plus shipping, as well as to let you know if any of the items you ordered are out of stock. Once we've given you your total, you can either mail us your payment, or pay by credit card.
Note: we use PayPal's secure server to process credit card transactions through our website. If paying by credit card, please do not email your card info to Beauty of the Beasts--once we let you know your total with shipping, you can proceed to PayPal's secure server using the PayPal checkout button at the bottom of the each page on our website to enter your order details. If you would rather not pay online, we can also take your card number by phone and process directly--if so, please email us your contact information, and best times and days to call.

Click here to contact us by email. If you call or email and don't hear back from us within a day or two, chances are that we are out of town at an agility trial or other event for a couple of days. If that's the case, we apologize for the delay and will get back to you as soon as we return.
SHIPPING INFO
In-stock items generally ship within several days of your payment--we will email you if an item is out of stock at the moment and give you the choice of making a substitution, backordering or cancelling your request.
CLOTHING: We usually ship USPS Priority Mail, and shipping cost is determined by weight and distance, no additional handling charge. For instance Priority shipping within the US is $8.95 to $9.95 for one to two shirts, $10.95 to $17.05 for three shirts or a couple of heavier items such as sweatshirts, depending on weight and distance from western Pennsylvania. FYI we can fit a LOT of shirts into a Priority flat-rate box for $17 to $22.50 shipping and insurance (on average 8 to 10 shirts), or send FedEx Ground or UPS Ground for cost savings on larger quantities... so if you're more than a couple of states away, you can still do your shopping without spending a fortune on shipping.
For shipping to other countries, please email us the number of shirts you would like to order, along with approx. size(s), for an estimate.
CHARMS AND MAGNETS: shipping is $4.95 for most orders. There is no additional shipping charge added for charms or magnets if shipped along with shirts (it will just be included with the shipping charge for the shirts).
Pennsylvania residents must include applicable state sales tax on all non-clothing items.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES--ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You can pay us through PayPal or credit card by phone. Please let us know which payment method you prefer and we will email you payment details and amount due in your currency, if applicable.
Shipping charges vary widely depending on destination; once you've told us the city and country we'll be shipping to and the items you are interested in ordering, we can let you know what the various shipping options and prices are. Keep in mind that your country's customs office may impose additional taxes and duties on your purchase for which you are also responsible.
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
We guarantee your satisfaction. You may return any item for exchange or refund (less shipping) within 60 days of receipt of your order. If your return is due to a defect in the item (i.e. a faulty seam in a shirt), we will of course pay the shipping! Please email us for return details. Charms are unconditionally guaranteed for 6 months.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
Wholesale inquiries are welcome from vendors, stores, clubs, and training schools--please email us if you are interested in more information. Our minimum wholesale order is 25 pieces. During our busy seasons we aren't usually able to add new vendors, but will add you to our waiting list and contact you when we are able to consider new vendors. Please include a description of your business, the type of items you are interested in carrying (shirts, Italian charms, magnets), and a list of the shows or agility trials you typically attend as a vendor, if applicable.

Keep in mind that we ship all products on beautyofthebeasts.com directly, and our CafePress products ship directly from cafepress.com... so orders for each site must be placed and shipped separately.

Our designs are copyrighted, and registered with the US Copyright Office. If you happen upon anyone at a show or online who is selling our designs or slogans who is NOT on this list, please drop us a line with a description of the item in question so we can pursue the matter. (Those of you who have already done so--thank you, you know how much we appreciate you!)
